CMMC's expert medical, professional and support staff take extra care every day to ensure that the healthcare services they provide are carefully monitored and reviewed with an eye toward continuous improvement. Studies demonstrate that consumers' greatest concern about their healthcare system is its safety. CMMC recognizes this concern and believes that direct reporting to the public is a standard to which we should be held. We will report our successes as well as the areas where we find opportunity for improvement.
